Can I dye, straighten, or curl my extensions?
Yes, our extensions are made from 100% natural raw hair, which means they can be straightened, curled, or colored. However, we recommend having color treatments done by a professional to prevent damage. For at-home coloring, we recommend the brand Dark & Lovely.

Choose a texture close to your own hair for a more natural look. Handle them gently, avoid excessive heat, and invest in a good detangling brush. Remember: extensions don’t replace your hair — they enhance it!

When will I receive my order?
Our products are made to order to ensure optimal quality. Delivery time depends on the product type:
- Wigs: 1 to 2 weeks for production
- Wefts and extensions: 5 to 10 business days for delivery
Shipping time:
- Within France: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch
- International: 2 to 5 business days depending on destination
Processing times may vary during busy seasons. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is shipped.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our partner workshop. We collaborate with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

We ship worldwide, except to certain restricted areas. Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically adjusted based on your location at checkout.
Do I have to pay taxes or customs duties?
Depending on your country, taxes or customs duties may apply. These fees are not included in the price of your order and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Products must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges are not available. We issue a direct refund to the original payment method used at purchase.

My items are lost or stolen. What should I do?
Please contact us via our contact form and include your order number. We will launch an investigation with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
I changed my mind / I want to cancel my order.
If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.
