When will I receive my order ?
Wigs: 1 to 2 weeks for production and 48 hours for delivery from the day of dispatch.
Weave bundles : 3 to 10 days for delivery.
Can I change my order ?
We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours.
Changes can only be made if we have not yet started production. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +33 6 14 65 03 51.
The item I received is broken/defective ?
Despite our rigorous selection of trusted carriers, your parcel may arrive damaged.
In this case, or in the case of a design fault, please contact us at info@millesimeindigo.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem (faulty/defective item, etc.)
- A photo or video
What methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept the following payment methods on our website: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Bank Cards and PayPal with the option of 4X payment at no charge. Refunds are made automatically by the same means used for purchase
