Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy
Shipping
Our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and responsible production.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for manufacturing, then 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package transparently.
Address Error
Please carefully review your shipping information before confirming your order. In case of an error, contact us via chat or through the contact form as soon as possible. We can make changes only if the order has not yet been processed.
Millésime Indigo cannot be held responsible for a failed delivery due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address.
If the parcel is returned to us, we will offer you either:
- a refund minus shipping costs, or
- a reshipment, depending on your preference.
No refund or reshipment can be made until the returned parcel has been received by our team.
Order Cancellation
We process orders very quickly in order to reduce delivery times as much as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form.
Requests received after the order has been processed or shipped cannot be taken into account.
Returns
At Millésime Indigo, we make sure that every product page is described in detail to offer you a transparent and accurate shopping experience. Our goal is for you to know exactly what you’re ordering.
If, however, a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Exchanges are not available. We recommend initiating a return for a refund, then placing a new order.
The returned product must be intact, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
They only apply to the final amount paid, after any discounts or promotions. Discount codes and vouchers are non-refundable and will not be reissued.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part or a defective product.
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed, depending on your payment method and bank. Each request is reviewed and validated by our accounting department before being issued.
Wrong or Defective Product
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at info@millesimeindigo.com and provide the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo or video of the affected product (mandatory)
Our team will assist you in arranging a quick return and/or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank (processing time can take 3 to 5 business days)
- If the issue persists, contact us via our contact form.
